1. Prepare all the evidence
Complete your profile and CV with your skills, languages, training, every employer, role, location and start/end dates. Explain overlapping jobs or transfers and identify your current employer.
- ID: a redacted government-issued document showing your full name and photo. The name must match your profile; explain any difference. Cover the number, address, birth date, signature, barcode and other unnecessary details.
- Your work: original photos AND a recent video of you preparing pizza, including dough handling, stretching and baking. Say your name and the date. Use your own work, not copied or generated material, and film only where permitted.
- Experience: for each pizzeria, a redacted contract/employment letter OR photos of you working there, with the business name, approximate date and explanation. Hide pay, bank/tax details and other people’s personal data. If unavailable, explain the alternative evidence you can provide for review before a call.
2. Private review before a call
Email the complete package to mondopizzaiolo@gmail.com, as redacted attachments or a restricted link shared only with that address. Never put ID or employment documents on your public profile or job applications. We review the evidence and clarify inconsistencies before offering call times.
3. Receive your profile review
Once the evidence is complete and reviewed, we arrange a video call. Alessio then confirms the outcome personally. Verification is free. Completion percentage, uploaded files and a submitted request do not automatically award a badge.

The badge records a human profile review and conversation, not a guarantee of authenticity, ability, employment or work authorization. Private verification documents are not forwarded to employers.
Verification evidence is reviewed privately through our Gmail inbox or your restricted file link; the website keeps only the admin checklist and dates. To request correction or removal of this material, email mondopizzaiolo@gmail.com. Account deletion does not automatically remove email attachments or copies in your own file service.
